We will use the findings of this research to create design concepts and prepare the Guaranteed Maximum Price. From this point on, you will always know exactly what your project will cost. Our main goal was to determine the deciding facility factors that influence the process in determining which college or university to attend. We are currently in the process of completing the study and once the research has been analyzed we will develop a process to overlay this research against your current campus that provides a detailed gap analysis.
